Taken from the medieval carvings found upon the misericords and supports within the choir stalls of Lincoln Cathedral. This is a delightful reproduction of a hanging Bat; it is a stunning piece, beautifully carved in perfect condition and full of original detail. The Bat hangs majestically to the wall with its wings spread out and its head slightly to one side, interestingly the medieval craftsmen have given this Bat a slight smile.
